Austin Miller, a highly experienced Senior Project Manager based in Canberra, brings over 12 years of expertise in the building and construction industry, managing multi-million-dollar projects. A carpenter by trade, Austin provides invaluable industry insight to Tradie Marketing Canberra, ensuring our marketing strategies align with the real needs of tradies and the construction sector.
In addition to the core team, we collaborate with leading freelancers in Canberra, including designers, digital specialists, and bidding experts who provide support as needed. As a proudly female-owned business, I bring a unique perspective to the trades industry, championing inclusivity and aiming to break down barriers for women in trades.
I know firsthand the challenges and opportunities that come with being a woman in a traditionally male-dominated field, and I am passionate about supporting other women to succeed, grow, and lead in their own right.
While I aim to empower all tradespeople in their marketing efforts, I have a particular drive to support female tradies in the industry.
I believe that by amplifying their voices and providing tailored resources, we can help break down barriers, foster diversity, and inspire the next generation of women to pursue rewarding careers in the trades.
My goal is to ensure every female tradie feels confident, visible, and equipped to grow their business and thrive in what has traditionally been a male-dominated field.
